Mitihoon – i-Tail delivers first-half sales of USD 316 million, up 20.6% year-on-year, a 26.8% gross profit margin, and a THB 0.55 interim dividend with a high 96.2% payout ratio.

i-Tail Corporation Public Company Limited (ITC), a global leader in the pet food industry, announced first-half sales in 2026 of USD 316 million, up 20.6% year-on-year. In Thai baht terms, sales rose 15.1% to THB 10.04 billion. Building on this strong performance, the board of directors approved an interim dividend of THB 0.55 per share, representing a high payout ratio of 96.2%.

First-half gross profit stood at THB 2.60 billion, up 21.6% year-on-year, with a gross profit margin of 26.8%. Operating profit increased 28.2% year-on-year to THB 1.56 billion, while adjusted net profit was THB 1.95 billion, up 22.5% year-on-year.

In the second quarter of 2026, i-Tail recorded sales of USD 152 million, up 13.0% year-on-year. In Thai baht terms, sales grew 8.8% to THB 4.87 billion. Q2 gross profit increased 20.2% year-on-year to THB 1.35 billion, with a gross profit margin of 29.7%. The margin remained strong despite higher raw material and packaging costs resulting from the Middle East conflict, supported by disciplined cost management, efficiency gains under i-Tail’s transformation program, and premium products accounting for 52.4% of sales. Q2 operating profit stood at THB 802 million, up 21.6% year-on-year, while adjusted net profit increased 20.1% year-on-year to THB 964 million.

Pet treats continued to support i-Tail’s growth, accounting for 20.0% of total pet food sales in the first half of 2026, fueled by demand from existing customers as pet owners increasingly favor treats formulated with functional benefits, as well as by new product launches. Across its portfolio, i-Tail launched more than 400 new products, reflecting its continued focus on innovation and product development.

In the first half of 2026, pet food sales volume increased 8.7% year-on-year to 60,555 tons, with all three regions recorded sales growth. The Americas remained i-Tail’s largest market, accounting for 60.0% of total sales, with sales growing 17.9% year-on-year, supported by continued customer demand, new product launches in categories such as chunk and pâté, and growth in higher-value categories including lickable treats and home-cooked meals.

Europe contributed 14.0% of total sales, recording 27.2% year-on-year growth, supported by strong customer demand and new customer additions in the region. Asia and Oceania represented 26.0% of total sales, increasing 4.0% year-on-year, driven by product relaunches in Japan and new product development initiatives that meet continued demand for innovative and functional pet food products.

Following the first-half performance, i‑Tail raises its 2026 sales growth guidance from 9-12% in U.S. dollar terms to 17-20%, while maintaining a gross profit margin of 23–25%, and SG&A to sales of 9–10%.
