Metro Systems Corporation Public Company Limited (MSC), together with technology partners GitLab, Nutanix, and Commvault, hosted “Metro Forge 2026” under the concept “Build. Run. Protect. Forging the Modern Enterprise” on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at the JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok. The event aimed to share approaches for preparing organizations to advance toward becoming a Modern Digital & AI-Ready Enterprise, through expert presentations, real-world use cases, solution showcases, and organizational modernization planning approaches.

Adopting AI involves readiness across multiple dimensions — from software development processes, to systems supporting applications and data, to protection against and recovery from cyber threats. Planning these elements together is therefore a key foundation for connecting technology investment with business goals. Metro Forge 2026 aimed to present these approaches through 3 key pillars: Build, Run, and Protect.

The event’s core content covered three areas: Build – AI-Powered Software Delivery, presenting GitLab’s approach by an expert from Get On Technology on using AI to support software development and delivery under a DevSecOps framework; Run – Modern Infrastructure for Apps & AI, by Nutanix, sharing approaches for restructuring infrastructure for applications and AI, including hybrid multicloud management; and Protect – Building Cyber Resilience, by Commvault, presenting data protection and recovery along with preparedness for responding to cyber threats.

In addition, there was a session titled “AI in Action: Real-World Modernization Stories” by Mr. Puttasak Kanhadilok, Senior Presales Manager at MSC, sharing case studies and experiences in applying technology, as well as a session titled “Forge Your Modernization Roadmap” by Mr. Natdanai Wittayasirikul, Senior System Engineer Manager at MSC, connecting knowledge to modernization planning approaches for organizations.

The event also featured a Technology Showcase, giving attendees the opportunity to explore solutions and exchange ideas closely with expert teams from MSC and its partners, to help inform system development approaches suited to their business needs.
